Unassigning a Number

This option lets you unassign a number that has already been assigned to a tenant user in the tenants' Teams admin center.

To unassign a number:

1.

In the OC Number Management page, select the check box adjacent to the number that you wish to unassign and then choose Number Un-Assign.

2.

Click Unassign to confirm.
